Gabriel's doctor's appointment went really well yesterday. The pediatrician has been seeing him weekly to monitor his weight gain, and yesterday he tipped the scales at 9 pounds 6 ounces! He jumped from the 16th percentile to the 26th percentil in 12 days...plus he is in the 50th percentile for length, so he is long and lean! (I can almost here the snickers through the computer...no, he did not get his length from me!) Gabriel doesn't need to see the doctor again until his two month check up since he is gaining so well now... in fact he grew out of his first newborn outfit just this week (sniff, sniff).
