Gabriel is 5 months old today. We had to go to the doctor today anyway for a follow-up on some additional tests she was running (which came back normal, btw, yay!), so we got a weight and length check: he is 14 lbs 6 oz and 26" long. Gabriel has marked his 5 month milestone with delightful squealing and cackling out loud, lots of smiling and laughing, and wanting everything that mommy and daddy have (food, drinks, camera, etc). He grabs for everything, including his favorite toys and things that are his favorite color (or so we think), yellow. In fact, he freqently launches himself out of our arms in attempts to pursue whatever is fascinating at the time. Silly boy. He continues to be obsessed with his feet, always shoving them in his mouth (this makes the changing table an interesting adventure). He also likes to stand up (assisted of course). As the doc said, "he has quite strong little pegs". Below are just a few recent shots:
