Gabriel was baptized this Sunday, so my parents and sister came into town to visit and to attend the service. Aunt Steph actually moved to NY this weekend while she does some travel nursing in the city for a few months, so she moved into her new studio on the Upper East Side...she is just across the park from us now!
The service went really well and Gabriel was an angel. We thought he might get spooked by all the bright lights on stage, or by all the people, but he was quite content. He made a funny face when the pastor poured the water on his head, but was all smiles as we walked off the stage. We went to our favorite brunch place afterward, Landmarc, where Uncle Matt and Aunt Mandy met the rest of us for some good eats. After a busy morning, we relaxed at home the rest of day, but met Mimi, D Daddy and Aunt Steph for dessert at Lalo's Sunday night - yum!

Unfortunately Aunt Laurel & Uncle Jim could not join us for the weekend - they celebrated their one year wedding anniversary on the 13th - Happy One Year guys!
