We crammed all kinds of Halloween into today. We actually bought Gabriel's Halloween costume last year on clearance... a tiger! So cute. Gabriel loves his tiger costume and even holds up his "paws" and roars at himself in the mirror.
The Bronx Zoo has Boo at the Zoo weekends in October, so we went, all dressed up, this morning. He enjoyed the hay maze at the zoo, and really just running around looking at everything.
Next up, a halloween party. I decided to be lame and just throw on a pair of ears and paint a nose on my face, but Andy got all decked out as a pirate. Hello, ya gotta use that mane of hair for something! All of the kiddos at the party were so cute (everything from a chicken to a gorilla)...between ages of 6 weeks (!) and about 2 years old...all 12 of them! Talk about a sight. Gabriel really enjoyed playing with all of the other kids. So weird, none of them even seemed to notice each was dressed up like an animal!
On the way home, we went trick or treating down West 90th St; they shut it down every year and have a big party for the whole block. Gabriel really didn't get the concept of trick or treating (in fact he got exactly 3 pieces of candy), but he had a blast carrying his pumpkin around!

You guys sure had a full day of Halloween-y goodness!!! How fun! He is the cutest tiger I've ever seen...and apparently he thought so, too, at that mirror ball! :) Andy was a great pirate. I didn't think you looked lame; I thought you looked cute! How fun!
